I have ordered from Cattleya twice. Each time, the recipient has commented on how perfect the delivery has been. I much prefer to use local businesses when I can. Each time I have called for a delivery, the person answering the phone could not have been nicer! They will be my go-to whenever I am in need of flowers in Sterling. read more

I called Tuesday morning and was told the flowers were just being loaded on the delivery truck for that day. The person they were to be delivered to had someone home all day, and no flowers were delivered. Left a message and had someone call me Wednesday morning. She confirmed to me that the flowers were not on the delivery truck Tuesday. Not sure why I was told they were. Flowers were finally delivered today, and I got a picture of what was delivered and I am very unhappy. They are not what I ordered. I optioned up for a deluxe arrangement and what was delivered was definitely standard. The flowers were pretty, but not what was ordered.
