Ordered flowers on a Friday to be delivered on Monday. They…read moreweren't able to deliver on Monday because the person wasn't home and they would not leave them, even at my request. I called Tuesday morning and was told the flowers were just being loaded on the delivery truck for that day. The person they were to be delivered to had someone home all day, and no flowers were delivered. Left a message and had someone call me Wednesday morning. She confirmed to me that the flowers were not on the delivery truck Tuesday. Not sure why I was told they were. Flowers were finally delivered today, and I got a picture of what was delivered and I am very unhappy. They are not what I ordered. I optioned up for a deluxe arrangement and what was delivered was definitely standard. The flowers were pretty, but not what was ordered.
