I first came here right after they opened... it was great. After my recent visit I won't be back. The assembly area was messy! They were out of 3 ingredients that were part of the bowl I selected and they wouldn't let me choose a reasonable substitute. Then to top it off the falafel was burnt and dry. I just cannot comprehend opening a restaurant where they act like they don't want to give you any food. I've been multiple times and the meat portions are a JOKE. At one point they were literally putting the meat into dip cups (think a Jell-O shot cup) in order to portion it. Where it got really insane is the LETTUCE. I asked for 'greens and grains' which means both rice and lettuce. The amount of lettuce I got would've been sent back as a side salad for a child. This has been multiple times. I asked for only two condiments: olives and the tomatoes/cucumbers. I received three cherry tomato halves and four chunks of cucumbers. Be so for real Cava lol like what? I asked for an avocado and they mentioned multiple times how much extra it would cost. Cool. Give it to me. I asked for two proteins and was told the grilled veggies I got counted as one lol since when is cauliflower and broccoli a protein Cava girl?? So I sat down and ate my two small falafel balls, couple pieces of cauliflower and a half a Brussels sprout. Ironically when I got sauce it was swimming in it. They better not hear me say that or they'll start using an eye dropper or mist your bowl with it instead. In the end it was like $17 for a side salad and some pita chips. What is this, a doordash order from chipotle? At least they don't nickel and dime you to your face. read more

Food is always great. That's where it ends. All the workers seem like they don't want to be here. I order online every single time because I don't have the time to wait on them to dilly dally and they almost always are at least 10 minutes later than the scheduled time the app tells me it will be ready. Not just that but the order is never right. Seating is good but a lot of the time it is dirty and drink dispenser is empty. It would be faster to order in the store. It's so aggravating. read more

Make sure you check your receipts! I spoke to the manager about the discrepancy I found on my mother's and my receipts (we paid separately) to gain a better understanding. He tried his best to make it make sense, but the math was not "mathing," and he acknowledged that. He offered a full refund, for which I am highly thankful for. Shout out to the manager for how he handled himself and this situation. He was calm, apologetic, and really understanding. However, the cashier (Name tag: Lee-Lee) provided terrible customer service and from previous visits has occasionally struggled to operate the register accurately. Throughout this entire ordeal, she snickered, finding this entire situation amusing. This, coupled with her past and now present behavior, has led me to the personal decision of never coming back to this establishment, despite of how great and completely outstanding the food is. The customer service here needs MAJOR work and improvement. I believe once the staff has been properly trained on how to present proper customer service the atmosphere of the restaurant would lighten and most definitely become a family friendly environment. read more

Food/Ingredients were good quality and seemed to be fresh. The employees are what makes this place unbearable to go to. Immediately upon walking in, there is a line out the door, not because of the many customers, but because of the employees incompetence and lack of care. The line went at a snails pace, and even with the line, the employee felt it essential to get his lunch before anyone else's. One may think "well that sounds like something the manager would put a stop to". It was precisely the opposite. When the manager noticed that the worker was taking food and wasting the time of the customers, the manager laughed flirtatiously while us customers are witnessing a disgusting romance form. I ordered a chicken bowl with all of the toppings, and extra pita chips and hummus with DoorDash. I was given a bowl with rice, spinach, and onions and cabbage only. None of the rest of the toppings or chips. I also waited more than an hour for this order. read more

Food is amazing! There are always people in there, plenty of tables and big windows. The workers are nice, but they are always understaffed and overwhelmed. We have been 4 times and every time they are out of something, which leaves customers frustrated and the workers mildly irritable. No one has ever been rude though. This is disappointing because it's been a while since I've had great food like this. My husband is no longer interested in eating there, which means I won't be going as often, because I don't eat many meals alone. read more

I really liked the food here. First time at Cava, but some people in my party were singing the praises of other locations. I really liked my custom bowl, but the menu options were a little confusing when putting it together. I wish that it was a little clearer. Having said that, this is one of the best deals you can get for a low calorie fast casual option, with lots of choices to have something for everyone. read more

I would usually say I love this place, but the gentleman working at the front this morning at 11am on 22 June 2023 was very rude, had a bad attitude, and made my experience today terrible to the point where I couldn't even enjoy my food! On top of that, I receive a discount for first responders every time I come in and he rang me up and when I mentioned it, he shook his head no when I asked about the discount. It's really not that big of a deal about the discount it was more towards how he was behaving and the energy he was giving off ruined my meal. Was looking for a new place to get a big nourishing bowl but unfortunately it didn't live up to the hype. I got lentils in my bowl and they were not properly cooked at all! Basically rock solid beads everywhere. The place does show promise as the rest of the toppings in my bowl were very flavorful. I would just say the portions are a little off- unfortunately for me it was a large portion of undercooked lentils and literally 2 pieces of roasted sweet potatoes when that was the "main" of the dish. read more

i was so looking forward to eat here as I heard so many good things about it That I couldn't wait to try it out. So I finally did. The disappointment is huge. Let me start saying g they were out of almost everything. I tried the Greek salad. I was observing the girls that were making the bowls. They use a tea spoon to measure, and I mean meas the amount of ingredients they put on your salad. And if you ask for a little bit more they charge you $2 for every extra item you add. I had 2 mini falafel cause they were the size of a m&m and they charged me $2.50. the salad didn't made it half way of the bowl an ended up costing &16. Not going there anymore. read more
