Poor service. I bought a large drink at 8:30pm when they close at 10pm. They didn't have any drinks for me to choose from so except black tea. I asked for a refund but manager was in the bathroom for 30minutes that they couldn't do anything apparently except offer me chips. read more

If I'm craving Mediterranean, you typically have your go-to spots, everyone does, but when you want quality, filling, and Mediterranean with a twist, you gotta go to cava. Think chipotle style but mediterranean! You've got many options from bowls to wraps. You can customize and create your own, or you can select one of their pre selected options! Sauces galore of numerous options from garlic to tazaiki to red pepper hummus cava has it all! Pro Tip: Order the Pita Chips they are addicting and perfectly cooked, crispy yet soft bursting with flavor! The store is usually crowded, so I expect to wait a bit, but anything good is worth waiting for, right? The spot is simple, with modern bright lights and a couple of tables inside and out. They also have amazing drinks like lemonades, teas, and crafted sodas, and you can mix and match as you please! I will say not sure if it's specifically this location but it was hot inside, we opted to sit outside on the tables provided because it was fresher outside. One downfall is that although you expect to wait the last time we went, we waited about 20 mins from order to paying, which was typically longer than usual. Aside from that, the food was delicious! I've always gotten a bowl, but this time, I got the pita wrap customized, and it was GREAT! I got the honey chicken and half lamb (you can get half and half!). Added light rice and beans, tatkizi, harrisa sauce, cucumber and tomatoes, roasted corn, and I opted to get the garlic sauce on the side. (Pro Tip ASK FOR IT ON THE SIDE!!) The sauce on the side prevented my pita from getting too soggy and the garlic on top adding as I took a bite was the right move and ill do it from now on! I loved it! Soft pita lightly cooked, great flavor and the combination was a treat. From the spicy harrisa & the freshness of cucumber, to balance the fat from the lamb and chicken just worked soo well. I also grabbed a Mexican Cola. Which was a modern cola with a spice twist! I usually get the lemonade mixed with tea but the cola was delicious. If you're looking for mediterranean food that you can customize and won't disappoint you have to go to cava! The staff was kind of friendly but felt rushed and they seemed swamped, nothing against them but it was probably hard to have great customer service when the lines soo long. I will say you gotta ask for light sauce on everything because if you don't tell them they Pile massive scoops of sauce and can get overwhelming. I've had cava at least 6 times and I will be coming here for a very long time! Last thing come prepared to pay because everything typically is about $14-16 dollars depending on the meat and for one bowl and one wrap + drink was about $38 dollars. Expensive but we left satisfied. Cava is a must for all mediterranean and food lovers alike! read more

Looking at other reviews night shift is a problem and I agree. Went on for a lamb and avocado bowl, wast until they were packaging it up that they told me they're out of the main ingredient, avocado, then proceeded to ring me up full price with an incomplete meal without a word further.
