My grandmothers Bosch Stove stopped working randomly and after calling the franchise for some help and ultimately getting no help we were left scratching our heads. After asking around, Calvary Appliance Service came highly recommended. I spoke with a very professional gentleman, Joe I believe is his name, and he scheduled a day time to come out and diagnose the issue. Here's the cool part, "he called when he was on his way (a rarity these days) and he showed up ON TIME (an even more rarity), then he fixed the issue while he was there! I believe I called late on Thurs or Friday and was able to schedule a service call for Monday of the next week. Joe came out on time to determine why my refrigerator/freezer was not working. After doing so he went over the pros and cons of repair vs. purchasing a new appliance due to the age of my appliance.
