Well when it comes to handling my case they have not done NOTHING to help me or my case I felt very pressured to plea to whatever was being offered by the DA or I had no chance of getting released from jail! I have contacted them a countless number of times and they never return my phone calls. I recently had court coming up and I am a Utah resident not a Nevada resident , my only way of transportation was badly hurt in a accident and had to have surgery and was put on bed rest I called a week before court telling them my situation and let them know there was no way I would be able to make the long trip to Elko! Can you believe that when I had called them five days later they still had not contacted the courts to get a continuance without a doctors note from my rides doctor. Wtf it doesn't matter if I could get another persons doctor to give me a note on their behalf. What matters was when your my lawyer you work for me and I called and notified you that I had no ride it's not like I live 15 to 30?miles away I live in a whole other state they should of taken care of getting me a new court date they need to do there damn jobs!!!!

If there is any kind paper work or legal paper work that come along with the case, make sure you are prepared to do that yourself, even though all along she says that she'll take care of it, she doesn't... Collects all your money up front, only to be clueless and unprepared in court and to have you do all the work. Didn't stick around at all to make sure that what was ordered was coming through and dumped me as soon as the judge signed. So if you want to have a chance, probably just save your money and represent yourself
