I placed an order on Thursday afternoon for Friday morning delivery between 7-9am. 9am Friday came…read morearound and i still had not received my order so I call the store and the supervisor tells me the delivery driver couldn't find my address even though I order from Sam's at least two-three times a month. They did not try and reach out to me but instead let my order sit there. I then tell her I'll go pick it up because I was supposed to leave out of town already and they delayed that. She quickly said she'd get a local driver to bring it to me in the next 15-20 min. I said ok, an hour later still no order. I then call them and tell them I'm going to get my order myself and the girl that answered tells me let me see if you can. Needless to say I went and once I was there I parked at a curbside spot and called them to tell them the spot I was in. Waited 20 min and no one ever came to bring me my order! I had to go inside and literally go in the area where they have all curbside orders and tell the attendant I'm taking my order that was just sitting there!! Unbelievable how Sam's operates their business!! Totally unacceptable! They boast about "free delivery " but it's AWFUL. Btw this isn't the first time that I didn't receive my order from Sam's. It's happened two times prior and every time they say "sorry " and don't fix the problem!
