Sadly since I never had an issue with 5.11 gear I took it upon my self to just throw away the tags and wash them and wear them another day. The only thing I kept was my receipt for my financial records. When I wore them one day they did not fit like my other 5.11 pants that were the same model. When I went back to the store to ask for an exchange the customer service male employee stated that the 5.11 policy is not to exchange them even though I had my receipt. After spending hundreds of dollars on 5.11 gear and never having an issue when it comes time to have some customer service support I get shot down. I suggest to current and future customers to be careful, try on and throughly inspect your equipment before shopping at the local 5.11 store or risk losing money for defective items. I contacted the 5.11 customer support number and even they stated that I should have gotten the exchange since I had the receipt. I will wait for the final feedback from corporate and see if I can resolve my issue through them.

When I walked in I see one of the employees gossiping with a customer, very unprofessional. Also, in Houston/Humble locations we were allowed to use multiple coupons per transaction here for some reason that is not the case. When I left i also noticed that I was only $3 away from an additional $10 kohl's cash which the cashier could have mentioned, gladly I would have spent that additional amount to earn more Kohl's cash. Just purely disappointed. Will NOT be shopping in store anymore.

I found the TDK Boutique and while I'm not the Boutique kind of guy, the fact that there was a barber shop in there I was drawn in. I was instructed to sign in on the clipboard by the door and have a seat they would call me back soon. While waiting I notice to female barbers and one male not that it mattered but they all seemed to possess a certain style. As I watched a couple of young men be transformed into gentlemen I was impressed at the care being given to each person in the respective chairs. When one of the chairs was empty and my name called I waddled on over and took the seat. My Barber today would be Rene I must admit she was not going to be my first choice! Rene asked me what I was looking for and I asked her to make me beautiful and well I settled for cleaned up and looking better. Any apprehensions that I had quickly diminished Rene is a true professional at her chosen profession. She was very thorough and almost methodical in the way she worked. She made certain to trim my old man hair on and in my ears as well as the nostrils. She took what I felt was extra special care in making certain my goatee was even and the lines were easily defined. Then the entire reason for walking in there in the first place, the straight razor shave! She was precise but gentle I almost went to sleep while being shaved. In closing I am very happy with service and value that I received as well as Rene's expert care. Y'all give them a try and ask for Rene the young lady will certainly make you better than when come in.
