In fact, the Vignes Centenaires de Minière was sold out except for magnums but we liked it so much we got 2! Can someone say overweight luggage fee? :-) They also ship to the US and use a VA based shipping company if you prefer to have them deliver. Excellent experience led by a very knowledgeable young lady who offered the tour in both English and France. It was impressive to see the extensive caves and the incomprehensible number of fermenting bottles stacked up everywhere. After the tour, we were offered a tasting of their wines. The host was not stingy and let us taste whichever ones we wanted from the menu.

The best musical festival of the year is Accroche-Coeur festival. I think it is Mid-September. If you are around Angers at that time, you should attend this event.
