I also don't get any phone signal in there and it's a pain trying to pay the bill via the app to get my points when it doesn't load. It took me about 7 mins to pay last time! Customers need to be able to scan the app at the till to save time. Also, be prepared to spend in here. It is not cheap! It's cliche, but there's truly a sense of love in all the food and service. The food is always fresh, really well seasoned, and the bread is fantastic and varies for the sandwiches. Sandwhiches vary between £2.40 and £3.80. Soups are similarly priced, and spelts and rice bowls are a bit more expensive, but vary in sizing. They also have fresh bread slices for those getting soups and wonderfully rich muffins. The crisps are also unique and great. They offer a nice loyalty card which gets you a free drink (they offer teas and coffee). I can usually leave with a great sandwich, crisps, and a drink for under £5. What a deal! And the quality compared to the dozens of nearby Pret, Eat, and others just doesn't even come close!!! Their bowls vary each day, however their sandwiches are pretty much the same day in and day out (great variety, but I would love a special daily sandwich for some variety). But after an afternoon at the museum, I just wanted to sit down and enjoy a coffee. The 2 lovely ladies at the counter were very helpful. They boxed up 4 non-fruit eclairs for me - vanilla, hazelnut, pistachio and coffee. They also made me a lovely latte. I brought the eclairs home for post-dinner dessert. I have to say the pistachio was my favourite. The coffee eclair however was a perfect finish. Lower in sweetness than the others, it's like finishing your meal with an espresso.
