He then spent many hours training me in the aspects of using Xero, so that I understood Xero and being able to now do all my own invoicing. Nick took the time to write me an easy to follow manual with a step by step, pictorial instructions. I wanted to set up a monthly payment subscription for all of my new members joining and Nick helped me to source the very best, cost effective, simple and low maintenance method for subscription based businesses. Nick then again wrote an easy to follow manual so that I could process all my new membership fees via mobile phone at cafes myself. This new payment method greatly increased the membership numbers of my weekly networking group. Since we implemented this at the beginning of January our conversion rate has greatly increased. This new method is simple and easy to use for both my members and myself. We now have all of my members using this simple system.
