The consistency was hard and tasted like it had been cooked with old salmon. I'm thinking that it was cooked earlier in the day and just warmed up before serving. Eggs were cooked perfectly, and I appreciated that the bacon was clearly made to each person's preference since some in our group ordered extra crispy while others preferred traditional-style bacon.
