The IVR system is designed to irritate customers and make sure they can't talk to a real person. Finally, get to a person, then escalated the call twice (that's two agents and a person that claims to be in Management. Until I shared I just fired my insurance company of 30 years for a new one and Trustmark was moving to that arena - then a few mediocre alternatives were offered. If I didn't have a problem I wouldn't call, so why make it so impossible to get help? KEY TAKE AWAY HERE IF ANYONE READS THIS- Your IVR is a nightmare.
