There was no status or communications from this office unless I reached out to ask for status. One response I got was "I wasn't sure where we left off", another response to my inquiry (30 days after dropping off the files) was "Since this is a business return I will have to work through that first before working on your personal return." Umm yeah! In April 2026 I wrote an email to Amy and her team that stated waiting in queue during tax season is reasonable but it was unacceptable to reach June and still nothing has been done. Needless to say I went to pick up my tax files today, still sitting on the front desk, the Amanda stated, "I tried advocating for you"... my response "what does that mean". I explained you are a service. I called to inquire, Amy accepted the work, and then you put company's at risk by doing nothing? I just don't get it. Amanda then said, "I wish I could do it for you but I'm not a CPA." Again I said, "what does that mean?" She started to define CPA but I said why would you even say that to a client. It's so ridiculous. We are on the hunt for a new CPA. This one needs to close down. HORRIBLE service and rude people.

When trying to move away from State Farm due to poor service, my insurance quotes because of this false claim were very high. I was told by staff in Todd's office that there wasn't anything they could do, I would have to plead my case with Lexus Nexus myself. Another issue....after leaving this office, I continue to receive bills in the mail and when I have called Todd's office, I am told I don't owe anything. I called the office today and was told again that the balance was zero. They said the bill was from the corporate office- it has Todd's name at the bottom to call for any questions. I asked for a callback today with a resolution and no word....I called back this afternoon and left a message because they didn't answer the phone. Very disappointing!!

Contacted them in April, and had a very hard time getting them to submit my forms, had to call multiple times! Fast Forward to Aug. and I receive a letter from the State saying they never recieved my Sales Tax. After another month of nonsense with dealing with this office, i get a personal call from Neil saying he will submit the documents and I will still need to pay the late fee... FAST FORWARD AGAIN... I receive another statement from the State saying the tax was still not filed! After several more months of trying to get this corrected by them I am finally giving up.
