The folks I spoke with there were polite and helpful...BUT the corporate policy on closing your account is expensive. Just be aware that when you want to close your account there is a $100 (yes one hundred dollar) "termination fee". That is on top of the quarterly fees, the etc fees, etc. I will not use AMERIPRISE Financial again.
