On April 9th around 12:35 PM, I called to ask about a specific Ghost Energy drink flavor. The employee who answered said she had no idea what I was talking about. Instead of checking or even attempting to look it up, she just said they carry several different energy drink brands and left it at that. What makes this even more frustrating is that I checked online beforehand and it showed the item was in stock at this location. With no effort from the employee to verify or check inventory, I now have to drive 25 miles to the store just to find out for myself. This isn't the first issue I've had with staff at this location. There seems to be a pattern of employees coming across as unknowledgeable and uninterested in helping customers. There was no effort to assist, no attempt to check inventory, and no basic customer service. When customers are calling with specific product questions, especially about popular brands like Ghost, employees should at least try to help or look into it. This lack of effort reflects poorly on the store. Management seriously needs to address this. Better training and professionalism would make a huge difference in the customer experience.
