There is a new person managing phones and check in and she would benefit from additional training. For instance, possibly saying "I'm not sure" and offering to find someone who can provide more help if she doesn't know the answer to a question. Or writing things down so she doesn't forget them. I came to pick up my vehicle, she took my first name, asked me to have a seat and when I followed up with her after sitting in the lobby for 15 minutes, her response was "oh yeah, what's your last name" indicating she forgot that I was there. I was hesitant to write a review about this because I understand being new and needing grace but I would definitely recommend that she receives additional training. Otherwise, Erica and JD are the best and I will continue to use this location for now

This is an anti-theft set up by mercedes so that if it is stolen you cant use it..every car has a different code number so you have go to a mercedes dealership with proof of ownership and they give you code for Free..this can be done in less than 2 minutes..but instead giving me my code for my car they refused and insisted that put the car in their shop so that they can charge me for a service that should be free..if they would do this to me for this minor free issue, what would they do to you??

Service dept completed work to resolve the issue, but problem was not solved/corrected. Brought it back a second time, and issue not resolved that time either while the problem was getting progressively worse. They had the vehicle at the dealership for over 2 weeks in total, and could not correctly diagnose or correct the issues. Frustrated, I took it to another GM dealership close by. Problem rectified in 3 days, and turned out to be the exact same issue I thought it was when I brought the vehicle to Schumacher initially ! Needless to say, Schumacher will never have my business again.

First of all the tire rotation could not be completed due to lug nuts being over torqued which they were the last to install them and they now say it will cause damage to the wheel in order to remove them. Not that is only the beginning, I then text messaged them that this would not be my responsibility as they were the ones that over torqued in the first place. Once I send a reply all contact was lost. Repeatedly called and asked to speak with a service advisor and every time someone picked up the phone they would hang it right up because they are so "busy" in my opinion they are porky managed and have techs with little to know experience. How do you over tighten a 2500 lug nuts without carelessly sitting in it with an impact gun. Overall the worst experience I've ever had with any car dealer. Will never be returning and I hope that can figure something out before they go out if business. This is not the only negative review which should say something about management. On a side note when u had to go in to finally get an update on my vehicle there was only 1 advisor at her desk and the others huddles around what I'm assuming is the service manager laughing and playing around while you have customers waiting 2+ weeks for their vehicle

Before I put down the deposit, I made it very clear that I wanted her to charge the car before they shipped the car to me. Also, she agreed to give me the charging cable. And I asked her to help me check if there's any dent or imperfection on the car because i couldn't see clearly with the videos she sent me. She agreed to all of these requests. I fully trusted her at that time. When I received the car, the car is 20 percent charged. No Charging cable. And there's an obvious dent on the car. I texted her. She said some other agents probably took the charging cable before they shipped the car and she would mail the cable to me. I haven't received the cable yet after 3 weeks... Regarding the dent, she said if i wanted to return the car, i would need to pay for the shipping fees and the 1200 dollars dealership fees.

They sent me one I put on the car Monday. I get swarmed my local police task force saying the car is stolen bc they have sent me a bad temp tag that comes back to a Mitsubishi SUV........ I was…read morepersuaded to buy a Jeep Gladiator that was roughly $20,000 more expensive than the Wrangler I originally wanted because I was assured it would ride smoother and better suit my needs. That turned out to be false. The ride is terrible. I was also promised that I would be involved in the customization process, but I was not. Decisions were made without the level of input I was told I would have, and the final build did not match the specifications I clearly communicated. I specifically told them the vehicle could not exceed 6'7 in height because I need to fit into parking garages throughout California. I was assured that would not be an issue, yet the final vehicle ended up too tall, and it now causes ongoing problems in daily life. To make matters worse, I was sold expensive insurance that I later found out I cannot even use in my state. I was also charged $3,500 for a custom truck bed cover that is made of cheap plastic and leaks. Because it leaks, mold has grown on items stored in the truck bed. Charging premium prices for workmanship and materials like this is unacceptable. I ended up spending far more than intended on a vehicle and upgrades that did not match what was represented to me. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business. I paid premium prices based on clear assurances, and what I received did not match what was promised.

After loan approval, it took 14 days to schedule the notary public signing. Several days for them to receive back the paperwork. Then another 14 days to schedule delivery of the vehicle. Another 7-8 days for it to arrive. Once arrived a third party company, Executive Tag & Title Svcs., that holds the title for the finance company, sent a message saying they would take care of getting the vehicle registered. I was not informed by the dealership of this process. I called Executive Tag & Title Svcs. company, to ask a question on the same day that they reached out. Their representative did not reply for another three weeks. On November 3rd the Oregon temporary tags expired, so I was able to get a 30 day moving permit from the Nevada DMV. That temp permit expired on December 3rd. Then after submitting the requested documents, they submitted my document packet to the Nevada DMV. It has taken another 8 weeks for the DMV to issue registration and license plates on December 30, 2025. But Executive Tag & Title Svcs. company had the registration package sent to the dealership in Oregon "at the request of the dealership". So as of today the vehicle still does not have license plates. In the meantime the vehicle was issued a citation of $75 for not having up to date registration by local authorities. Because the vehicle is titled under my company name, I had to get commercial insurance before applying for registration, which costs more than $400 per month. So the vehicle has been sitting idle in front of my house for the last two months, while I'm out of $800 in insurance costs, and two monthly loan payments amounting to nearly $2k. I can not recommend this company.

Buyer beware!!!…read more Last month we bought our daughter a RAV4 from Palm Beach Toyota for her birthday. We negotiated an OUT-THE-DOOR PRICE -- tax, tag, title, and every nonsense fee they could dream up. We wrote a check, signed all paperwork with their finance manager, and were sent home with a temporary tag and the promise that the permanent plate would be mailed. Fast forward to today: the temp tag expired LAST WEEK and no plate ever arrived. After repeated calls, I finally reach the finance manager and am told we "owe" another $266, which is why they never sent the tag. Let me be very clear: Out-the-door deal Signed "we owe / you owe" paperwork Paid in full No disclosure of additional balance No plate mailed No notification Finance manager position? "If you want the plate, you'll have to pay the balance." So now my daughter is driving with an EXPIRED temporary tag because Palm Beach Toyota is holding her license plate hostage after closing a paid-in-full deal. This is either gross incompetence or intentional bad-faith business practices -- neither is acceptable. Next stop: Penske Automotive Group corporate, followed by the State of Florida, DMV, and anyone else who thinks this behavior is normal. Absolutely unreal that this is how a major dealership chooses to operate. Do better!
