Staff here is very quick with what they need to do and they get the job done well. They have patience I know I don't have when it comes to hearing what people have argued about while I am at the store. The place is easy to find and there is a nice amount of space so I don't feel like I am hovering over someone while I am waiting in line to get my package scanned so I can go on my way. Prices are fair and they do not charge an arm and a leg for supplies to help get your item to where it needs to go safely. I like that they offer tape, boxes and various interior packing supplies to make sure your item isn't damaged during transport.

This UPS is one of the closer ones to me and I don't mind going to it because more times than not,…read morethe place is great. They do tend to be a little slow when it comes to trying to get the line down but I don't mind because they are doing their best. The location is always clean but I do think they can do a bit better when it comes to creating an area for a line. There were times where it seems everyone is in a clump that are waiting to be called and it does get very confusing. The staff is friendly and there have been times I see one or two of them juggling multiple guests because it is so busy and they don't want anyone waiting an insane amount of time. I also do wish there was more workers, there only seems to be one, maybe two, working at any given time so it does make the line and wait tend to get a bit longer. When I go it is only to ship out items I need returned or mailed so I have never had to buy anything when I stop in but the prices are reasonable for shipping, depending on what you need shipped and how heavy it may be!

Amended review: If you call to check on a status for your Notary package, and the person answering seems to hate their life, just ask for Joyce. I sent my application a week ago and followed up via email and on the website the same day the tracking information said received. When I called today, the individual answering the phone had no concern whatsoever and simply said, "your package was sent to state, it will take 2-3 weeks." When I asked if they follow up with customers via email the individual said yes, despite no one obviously following up with me for a full week.
