I was told with monitoring, hard braking would raise my rates. I drive 12 miles every day on deer infested forest where hard braking is a normal daily event. THEN even, though I asked for the SAME COVERAGE as my other 5 vehicles, it is not until the windshield is damaged that they notify me I have a $500 windshiled deductible on this car instead of the $100 deductable on my other 5 cars. When asked why I asked for the same coverage on all my cars and did not get it, Emily says one of her employees did that and ahe doesn't know how it happened. They want me to pay 2/3 of the cost of the windshield! That is NOT HOW INSURANCE works! Now I have a new car that I dare not drive! Thanks Emily! Shady as shady gets. Avoid this crook at ALL COSTS!
