When I returned, expecting them to stand behind their work, they refused to replace the faulty battery they had installed. I even showed them my bank statement clearly proving I paid for the service on April 10th. But because I "wasn't in their system," they told me I'd have to pay again just for them to look at it. To make matters worse, the two men working were rude, dismissive, and acted like I was being unreasonable for expecting a working battery and basic accountability. Most reputable shops offer at least a 90-day warranty -- apparently, not this one. Now I'm out the money, and still have a phone that doesn't work. Total waste of time and money. I simply sought support for a repair I genuinely believed had been completed at your shop. Which it was. I took my HP Printer there for repair back in May. I felt uncomfortable right away since I could not talk to a technician to describe the issues. I was also told there would be a non-refundable diagnostic test run to determine the cause of the issue. Not sure if it was $Not too long afterwards I got a call saying they concluded it was the printheads and it would cost around $260 and $120 was due immediately if I wanted it fixed. I paid it. After a couple of weeks or so they (Bill I believe) called saying the printheads that came in were defective and it would take another couple of weeks to fix. I did get one call when it was done. I'm out of town a lot and I tried going by there a few times but their hours are 9-5 weekdays, making it difficult to sync up.
