I give them credit for completing the job, but I was left with streaks on my glass console table, crumbs still on the floor and kitchen countertop, and rugs that needed to be re-vacuumed by me. Asked them to clean our dryer vent, lived in our house for 6 years and never done it, they did a fantastic job, and the stuff that came out of that vent, uffff! They did such a great job asked about AC vent cleaning. They gave me a quote and told me I would not have to clean them again for at least 10 years. so hired them to do the job. They guys worked thoroughly, neatly and cleanly, and were very professional. They showed me before and after pics of my vents which made wish I had done it sooner. They had very powerful equipment and cleaned up after the job was done as well as moved furniture back in place. All I have to do is yearly spray an antimicrobial into the vents for maintenance. What I loved the most is they are a local business, It is a father and son business and they care about their work, their impact on you and your health as a consumer. Highly recommend! They answer all of your questions and listen actively to your concerns. They handled the installing of my automatic chicken waterers and now my life is so much easier. I opted for the concierge plan where if I have an emergency they will come save day to fix the problem, and with lack there of or overflowing-water can be a problem. I have no issues with the pricing as most of the companies charge the same type of hourly rate. Mr. Norman lives in our neighborhood so it's like having extra plumbing security.
