The service that I required was refurbishing 2 medium age computers (the first one was newer then the second one). He cloned the hard drives and replaced them with new ones. The shelves were stocked and we found everything we needed and then some. My only qualm would be with the staff who looked and acted like they wanted the hell out of there. Well, the electronics guy was happy and friendly - I wish he would have checked us out up front! We will be back, no doubt. Open til 10pm most nights, Sundays and holidays, 8pm.

The majority of the work was completed satisfactorily apart from three motion sensor lights that didn't work properly. We contacted Gravity and was assured they'd be fixed under warranty; however, when the installer came back, we were charged $150.00 for a troubleshooting call, even though he couldn't fix the lights. One light we had to replace ourselves, another required ladder work to adjust, the third was removed. We spoke at length with someone in the office, and even had an email conversation with the owner. There was no compromise, no concession on Gravity's part. If you use them, make sure you understand what work they will guarantee, and be especially careful if you are advised (as we were) to purchase your own light fixtures.
