Completely ghosted me (both calls and text messages). In fact I thought perhaps he simply went out of business until I saw their truck recently leaving a shopping plaza around my work. They did a poor job with the closets and did not adhere to the measurements. I can provide pictures. I called and spoke several times with their Doral manager Mirian Pernalepe, who game me the run around for weeks. I email Francisco Randazzo with no response. This company did not responded to emails and avoided any tipe of resolution. Please be aware that they are not honest and are not customer oriented and you will be very dispointed. They are defrauding theit customers. Is all good until you have a problem with their work and they will not respond to your calls or needs. They lied when you call and tell you they don't know who the manager is, or that the manager is out of town to avoid by all means to respond to the customers. I have copies of many text and emails with no respond. Do your self a huge favor and look for another company that is honest. I have never seen anything like this. At this time, I will seek legal action.

Without hesitation, John asked to bring them by and he would switch out. Sure enough he did. Buying from a store who stands behind their product (when reasonable) is important to me and should give anyone thinking of buying here some peace of mind. That side door was the entire reason I chose that model, and that is exactly what I was told I was buying. When my contractor went to pick up the vanity, the unit they gave him was completely different -- it didn't even have the side door. When we called the store to fix the issue, instead of taking responsibility for selling the wrong item, they told us it was "too late" and that the size vanity we bought doesn't come with a door. If that's the case, then why was it sold to us that way in the first place? Their customer service was completely unhelpful and dismissive, and they showed zero interest in correcting their mistake. For a business that sells bathroom fixtures, you would expect them to at least stand behind what they sell. Because of this experience, I will never purchase anything from this store again and I strongly recommend that others shop elsewhere if you want honest service and products that match what you were promised
