Ms. Doricko fabricated clients that never existed. 2. Ms. Doricko used the MLS to cover up a pocket listing. 3. SFAR MLS refuses to answer specific questions regarding this case. The sellers are being forced to subpoena records from SFAR MLS. 4. Ms. Doricko entered a MLS listing for David Bellings after the contract with the sellers ended. 5. Cece was absolutely fantastic, and I recommend her without hesitation. As our buying agent, we had looked with her at homes for about 2 years, lobbed out a few offers, lost one we were hopeful about; but in the end we finally scored our current home which was worth the wait. We opened our search to other neighborhoods, and she advised us well. Communication was very easy, I could usually reach her or at least get a call back within a matter of hours (if not minutes). She advised us at times where there might be room for negotiation, but respectfully gave it to us straight when she felt that something during the negotiation process might be in jeopardy if we didn't respond in a timely or appropriate manner. As timing would have it, we had a particularly delayed escrow (due to ALL lenders impacted with re-fi's after a drop in rates). The sellers and their agent became quite nasty, threatening and confrontational due to these delays (if not at times downright unprofessional), despite the fact that these delays were occurring nationwide. She handled this difficult transaction with finesse and respect, always stood our ground for us, and never blew her cool. She was very patient with us over a long period of us 'poking around the market', but when we finally found our house she worked very hard to close the deal and it all worked out beautifully.
