Its impossible to get an appointment. Called today 3 times automated service stated all lines busy call back and disconnect, then on hold 8 minutes then same message. We like the doctor and have been with them since they opened but can't continue to wait for both sick and annual check up. Regular appointments take 3 months to get and they are still accepting new patients. Although office is convenient I am going to have to look for a new office. read more

In 2015, you had to wait 12 weeks for an appointment. I tried to make an appointment the other day and was completely turned away. I was told there was nothing available, meanwhile I have a medical issue that should be looked at asap. If you're a new patient, or have children, you can get in. Otherwise, if you're an existing patient, you'll be turned away. Actually, I was told to check the health portal to see if there was someone else in the network who could take me, but the health portal has been giving me 404 errors ever since I started trying to make an appointment. read more

Calling BBB on this practice. My husband and I went here (both at separate times) to have a check up. Both received an invoice for over $300. They coded multiple things wrong on both of our accounts. My husband got his first and when called they said that dr. (Dr. Mattis) does that all the time and they are having trouble with that and her. However, knowing it was still their fault - it is not fixed. I just received my invoice and when I called to find out why I was being charged for my check up covered by insurance - they said because I told her I see speciality doctors for other issues ( that I have seen for years before finding a regular doctor.) that counted as her consulting me and charged $200. She literally said have you been to a doctor - I said yes, for this and this. That was the conversation. Absolutely unacceptable. read more

Wait times on phone are ridiculous. Will not see with ANY symptom that resembles Covid, flu, etc. We were much happier using Med Express.

Thought I was very happy here until there were numerous prescription errors that I and CVS caught, thankfully. Also, many tests ordered not thought out and some unnecessary, taken off some diabetes meds with no explanation, now seeking a new Dr due to MANY issues that were Dr errors, part time doc overwhelmed....look elsewhere for long term care of over 50 or have an illness, do not go here unless Med express type of issue. Staff is very nice, great nurse. read more

They are professional when you are in the office, but if you have tests done, you will be lucky to hear from them about the results. Each time I have had to call about them twice to get the results. read more
