He gave us to brochures from 2 different shingle companies and helped to recommend a color to go with the house.As it was in November he had to wait for a decent day but got here just after a week and his crew worked all day to get the job done. He came back the next morning to finish a small part on the garage. They did a great job on the cleanup and went around the house and driveway with a magnet and only found 1 nail. We were immediately comfortable with Lucas Paprocki and Valdek Paprocki. Their pricing was terrific and they worked with us on making the budget succeed. Each day of the 3 month project, the crew left our large lobby in immaculate condition considering it was under complete renovation. Our residents were respected, and communication was terrific. It was pleasure to be updated on how the project was going and they were always available to answer any questions. Workmanship was outstanding, project was completed on time, and I can't say enough about the superb customer service. Lucas went out of his way several times after hours on his personal time to assist with requests I had. When I apologized for taking his time, he graciously said "that's what we do" - take care of the client.
