Apartment manager could use some customer service training, she's not too friendly. Our electric is pretty high even though the roommate and I are rarely here. Not sure what is eating it up in this apartment. We had some plumbing issues when we first moved in, but it has been fixed. You can feel the staples through the carpeting. Ouch. Overall, it's a decent place compared to some of the places I rented in this town.

I live here at Cliffside Apartment it's nice place there is a school just right by the corner…read more(stagecoach elementary) l.. the cliffside manager (Tony) keeps this place clean the maintenance man here are nice to all residents.. during the summer there are summer lunch programs.. and they have a very nice clean community room use for the crafts or for celebration parties just any events.. they have 2 playgrounds
