The store is sectioned by colour and I found that very aesthetically pleasing. It was nice to see they carry Canadian / local brands so you are sure to really support local here. The quality of the clothing reflects the price, to me quality speaks volumes. The staff were helpful, masked, and supportive of my choices. My daughter was looking for a particularly hard-to-find size in a Keds sneaker, and "Brian" was super helpful, cheerfully bringing shoes in different sizes for us, and advising her on the fit. I think it must be exhausting to be constantly running back to grab sizes and colours for customers, but in a shoe store, service makes all the difference, and Brian was smiling and quick. Thanks to him, we were able to easily find the shoes that my daughter was after and carry on with our shopping. If I had to describe the overall style I would say it's classy, but definitely fun. Andie's also has shirts, pants, skirts, and jewellery (although the dresses are the main focus). Decor of the store is gorgeous! Beautiful accent wall at the back, with patterned wallpaper...I'm not sure what the print is called, but I want it for my house now. Change rooms also have that boutique feel, and make you feel like a socialite. Service here is fantastic too! The sales girls are friendly, but not pushy; they're helpful, but they give you space. They also know their stuff when it comes to fashion, and it genuinely seems that they love what they do. I mentioned to my sis that one of the girls seemed particularly helpful, and she whispered to me "oh, that's Andie." That's right, the owner of the store works out on the floor and sees that everything runs smoothly. And that just gives me the warm fuzzies. Prices are a little high, but in this case you're getting every penny's worth in quality and style. My overall rating? Andie's -- it's worth the drive to Kitchener.
