Cost the seller a ton of money for no reason. thankfully, the validity and quality of the old roof is documented by roofing professionals, insurance adjuster, and the shingle mfg. Legal action to follow. This man doesn't know his business and will give opinions he's not qualified to give.

In June 2023 they installed most of the cabinets/drawers but none could be opened properly. We informed them immediately of the issues and let them know they also forgot a few cabinets and one cabinet they made incorrectly but installed it anyway. In Aug 2023, they PROMISED to make things right and finish the job as agreed. Since then they have almost entirely ghosted me and my contractors leaving us no option but to hire another cabinet company to finish the job and fix all their mistakes. I would never again use or recommend this company. If they had honored what they promised I would have nothing negative to say about them. Beware of this company!!!
