He targeted our needs and we made an offer to purchase a Condo right across the street from the School of Pharmacy. Wow, he nailed it. The Condo Culture vibe came through from his team members. They put the paper work together and within a short time we had purchased a Condo. Forward four (4) years and I again contacted Tim to sell the condo. Our son had graduated and the only group that I trusted to sell it, was Tim's team. They didn't disappoint. Not only did he sell us a great condo with a fantastic location, they sold it the first day it was on the market. Wow, a tribute to there organization, professionalism and there "get it done attitude". The attention to detail and complete prep of documents made the whole process a great success. Really, it's a great spot. The on site staff is pretty bad, though. We were promised a new dishwasher when we moved in, and almost 7 months later we still don't have it. There have been many excuses, it's almost laughable. The building supervisor is not reliable, they insist that you make your requests to have work done in person, but are rarely in the office during office hours. I had hoped for much more considering the rent that we are paying.

Fire department is super pissed every time they get called out. Finally, be ready for water shut offs at least once a month, the month I moved in there was about 6 shut offs... Literally the only good thing about this place is it's pet friendly....I guess maybe that's why the cockroaches are here?
