I am grateful for their acknowledgement as this makes me feel my valued as a customer, my voice was heard, and I admit I was impressed by their sensitivity to the whole matter and the professional manner in which they subsequently handled the case. ********************** The Fantastic Cleaners team of three did a poor job of the "end of tenancy" cleaning of our 3 bedroom property we contracted them for in early Sept. Actually, we engaged "Local Cleaners London" but it was the FC crew who showed up, and now there is no posting of LCL on Yelp anymore! Anyway, the job they did was so poor - it was done in approx 3 hours on a Sunday. We pointed out a few things obviously so amiss when we inspected our property immediately upon completion - e.g. Sofa had cobwebs on the side, lampshade in toilet had not even been wiped down, carpet hardly cleaned, bathroom blinds not even wiped etc. Actually we were embarassed to be pointing so many things out to them...was this a "deep clean"? Upon complaining (with loads of photographic evidence) and discussing the matter with LCL customer service, the best we were told that could be done was a "re-clean" of specifics (not very useful since new tenants had already moved in by then and had already undertaken rework on their own!) or a raincheck for a carpet clean of just 1 of the bedrooms. I felt they should have refunded the fees but no option to do so. Made us realize this is a time-sensitive service and absolutely useless without any serious quality assurance. Frankly, if this is what should be expected from a "deep cleaning", next time I would rather have 3 hourly maids come in and do a 3 hour job - under 100£ instead of the £250 we spent!

You will find that they don't advertise as much as others, this is because their reputation far exceeds itself. Once you use Clean Society you won't need to use anyone else as they do all Cleaning services and Nationwide too. I have also found out that Clean Society are one of the main contractors in London that do the services they advertise and are often asked by others to quote on their behalf. Please bare this in mind if asking for other quotes, as I found out, but thankfully have been using Clean society for a very long time. For the price I paid, I'm not hugely dissatified, but this was not a top notch service. The company was terribly disorganized throughout the process of booking the cleaning. They kept calling, texting and emailing both my husband and me to make the booking. After my husband had made the booking, they kept texting me saying we hadn't. The day before our cleaning, they called to change the time of the cleaning. When my husband called back, they changed it back to the original time. I found this really frustrating and unprofessional. Our cleaner arrived almost 20 minutes late, and although we were booked for 8am-10am (thus, I assumed we'd have 2 cleaners), only one man showed up. If I had made any appointments for later in the morning, I would have had to cancel or miss them as I needed to be in the house to "sign off" on the cleaning at the end. Our cleaner ultimately did about 3.5 hours of work, rather than 4, but to be fair, he had completed the service in that time. The quality of the cleaning is fine, but it's not exceptional. For instance, I had to specifically ask him to clean the top of the stove, which had been overlooked when he initially cleaned the kitchen. I would definitely not pay £100 for this service nor would I recommend them to friends. While I accept that FastKlean may have been somewhat overwhelmed by the number of people who booked this service through Groupon, I ultimately think they should have been prepared for that before they offered the deal.
