We get there the day of photoshoot, and the front desk asks us if we have a form filled out with permission for photoshoot. The photographers had no idea of this requirement and offered no help. So my fiancé and I were scrambling to find another location close to this garden since we were being charged by the hour. We called to speak to the main lady I have booked with. She was EXTREMELY rude, asking us what she's supposed to do when she's not even there. Worst of all, the edited pictures and our save the date video from them SUCKED! I ended up having to learn video editing and re edit the video with better music and our own home videos to make a save the date. We also didn't use any of the edited pictures from them. Again, highly recommend against using this group. They are not worth your time or money.
