I rented from them for my wedding. - Delivered 3 or 4 hours late, even after I confirmed the delivery time multiple times. - The white tablecloths and white chair cushions were stained and disgusting. One of the chair cushions even had what I believe was a small blood stain!! - The chairs had major chipped paint all over them. - They forgot to deliver a major rental item (although they did deliver it the next day, before the event) - They misrepresented the capacity of their tables. The legs are at the edges, so it's uncomfortable to sit at the edges of the table. I did get a small discount after complaining, but it really was an insignificant amount. They were helpful before the delivery day in giving information and changing the order. And the delivery guys were really nice and helpful. From start to end, it was a disaster. They never confirmed a drop off time the day or even the night before so when I was contacted at 9am and told that the truck was outside, the billing address not the event address, I was taken by surprise. They expected to leave it outside and let me "deal with it" and there will be an extra charge. After quite a bit of sighing from the driver, I repeatedly had to ask "What is the solution". Finally, everything was dropped off at 4pm. Ok. Pick went very smoothly. I receive a call a couple of weeks later saying I had an outstanding bill, which seemed odd to me as I had given my credit card information. Frantic, I gave my number once again and immediately called my cc company to see if there were any issues... none. Another couple of weeks go by, ANOTHER phone call, outstanding bill. I explained the situation and how I have already provided this information, twice, she then tells me the woman I provided it to had left on vacation. She said she'd email me a copy of the invoice, which to this day I have not received. I explained that I would like to check my cc statement to make sure I hadn't already been charged. Indeed, it was not charged. I call back to pay, and the woman on the phone advises me to call back the next day, I said absolutely not, I want this settled. Finally someone becomes available to charge my card. I have worked with many other rental companies and I have yet to run into a company as disorganized as this one.
