He knows his stuff, reads his customers well, and is very truthful. Sabine is ADORABLE! She always makes me smile so big and I'm always happy to talk to her. There's one person that is always very arrogant and "off-handedly" rude. I think his name is Anthony? He's just very condescending with customers and I find it very off-putting.
