My jacket was too small, and the return policy was one of the hardest I've ever experienced. When the item was finally returned, they took $198 off the return due to "customs & policy." There was no opportunity to discuss anything with anyone. All I wanted to do was exchange my jacket size for one size larger. I will never order from this company again.

Also, the buckle has a fastening mechanism in which you could shorten the belt if needed. (The belts run on the short size-you may need to go up one size.) This shop sticks more to the basic items and styles rather than the large assortment (of both styles and sizes) that you may have seen at the store on Via dei Condotti.
