They are angels!! I was talking on my iPhone yesterday and for some reason it just suddenly froze. My iPhone kept flashing the Apple logo on and off and I was totally panic stricken because I'm leaving for vacation tomorrow - and I don't want to cancel my vacation over my phone. I went to the Apple store and they told me it would be $450 to repair my phone AND that the part I needed wasn't in stock, so I would need to drive to the Valley Fair mall 30 minutes away. I was walking by this kiosk today and decided it was a good time to look for a new phone case. The displays are locked, so you do have to ask if you can see or check out any phone cases - they're organized by type of phone. I was very confused when I was looking at phone cases, and another worker from a different kiosk had keys to their display case. He told me I could look through the phone cases, so I did, very lightly and carefully. After I found a yellow case that I was happy with, I asked if the phone case will change colors on the sides, after being in different pockets and bags. The worker said no, I agreed to buy it - he gave the price of $25 for a simple, plain yellow phone case. To my surprise, he asked the worker behind the counter, if there was a matching Air Pod case. I think maybe the same company owns the couple of kiosks next to one another, especially since he tried to sell me some sunglasses right after I had just paid for my phone case. Some things to keep in mind: not all of the workers are wearing face masks. I didn't see a hand-sanitizer pump available for customers, so make sure you have your own. There was another customer that paid for something before me and they didn't wipe between our transactions, so just be cautious and aware. Overall, pleased with my purchase - hoping the phone case doesn't change color because I'd be so upset if the worker just told me that it wouldn't alter in color or rub into a darker color, just to make a sale. He replaced the camera on my moms phone and the part seemed faulty so he ordered a replacement part and called her when it arrived a week later. She gave him the phone and he fixed it in about 15 minutes. I had a totally broken iPhone 6 that had gotten crushed between my couch gears. I asked him to look at it and he said it would be about 25 minutes so we went to Target. We came back and about 10 minutes later I checked in and he showed me it was working. Yay!!
