I went to Cell Outlet couple of months back to fix broken screen of my Samsung S8. I had actually shop around for a better price and didn't find anywhere cheaper than Cell Outlet. They fixed the phone screen while I was waiting there. The sales person, (I guess he is the owner too) was absolutely nice and really a pro on how to run his business. He showed one of his product which is a screen protector and applied that on my phone screen. After applying the screen protector, he took his scissor and hit hard on the screen, literally proved his product works. Today I took my friend and bought screen protector for his iphone and also for his expensive watch. Really happy with their service. This is the first review in my life, and glad that I did this for a reason. Every time I need to repair my phone or fix the broken screen, it is so confusing that there are many repair shops and not sure where to go. We need someone who we can trust and not expensive. Fast, friendly service at very good prices. Their employees are honest about their work and very welcoming. I brought my phone from another repair shop that recommended a replacement earpiece when all that was required to fix my issue was a deep cleaning. The only issue I had was how phone security was handled, I was asked to provide my pin so the employees could make a call with my phone (to verify my problem), however you don't need a pin number to answer a call. Great service with a kind heart! They did not just fix my broken screen, they also provided a solution to prevent it from happening again. They noticed that the battery is no good and suggested to replace it, which is proactive advice to avoid my phone catching on fire. Really appreciate their professional service. I dropped my phone and after looking at it, he told me the phone couldn't be fixed. Instead of trying to outsmart me I like how genuine he was.
