I sent my laptop to them on Oct 16 and after waiting four weeks with no status update from them at all I sent an email to find out the status. They responded that they found bugs in my laptop and did not want to work on it so they would return it and give me a refund. I waited three weeks and still no laptop and no refund so I contacted them again. They claim they have not shipped it back because they didn't have the time so I asked them to refund me in the meantime until the "find time". They gave me the excuse that their Paypal account is "messed up" and they could not refund me. This has been going on three months now and I finally filed a claim with Paypal to get my money back and had to file a small claims lawsuit against them to get back my Macbook Air back. Several buyers on ebay contacted me after I posted my experience and told me that this seller has been stealing people's items on ebay for over six months and judging by the negative feedback I see that this is true. IF YOU WANT YOUR ITEM STOLEN AND NOT REPAIRED SEND IT TO THESE CROOKS, BUT IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GET SCAMMED DO NOT SEND YOUR ITEMS TO THESE CROOKS.
