They also sell kitchen appliances like stoves, microwaves and fridges, and more. I don't come here that often, but when I do it's usually for Nintendo games, DVDs ( in the past), and stuff like usb cables. I rarely interact with staff but the times I have they are willing and helpful. This store is across from Plaza Las Americas but as a previous reviewer mentioned it's not very convenient to get from one to the other. There is a small strip mall called Mintemar Plaza that is easier to access across the street and has good food (all roads with me lead to food and/or beer, lol).

As you enter the store an employee will spray your hands with alcohol or you can not come in to the store. Your temperature will be checked and you must have a mask on properly. The store is well stocked, specially with TV. I found what I needed and headed out. The check out was smoothy. The person at the register wiped everything down after each customer. Even the electronic pencil at the checkout and key pad. When I was ready to check out all I did was slide my credit card in. The worker asked me questions and he used the ectronic pencil and filled things out for me, great customer service. He also wiped everything down after me . I was impressed. I am comfortable shopping here.

I called the Best Buy customer services and their response was incomprehensible so I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was told there was none available to assist. The customer representative Lucy was reading directly from a script and refer my complaint to the home service manager for that region. I repeatedly requested to speak to a supervisor and was denied the opportunity. They continue to bill us without receiving the goods and refuse to waive the delivery fees as well. Fuck Best Buy!!!
