I made an appointment to have may car receive a spa treatment. I received a recommendation from a…read morefriend to have my car detailed at Boxley's because of their impeccable service. Boxley's has two locations and in addition to auto detailing they clean homes and businesses. I went in last Friday Morning and they were immediately ready for me the customer service rep took me to the waiting area and the owner happened to be in at 9:00 a.m. He had me wait in the office/ waiting area, offered me a beverage turned on the Today Show for me and was so cordial and friendly. This was my first visit and he was so warm and welcoming. I chose the Ultimate Vehicle Bath which included a hand wash, tire dressing, Interior vacuum, Interior dash wipe down. The windows were cleaned and they applied spray wax. They also did additional detailing which I didn't ask for but I appreciated such as console clean, rim shine. I gave the service crew an additional tip for the extra service. My car looked brand new. I will definitely be back and would recommend their services.

Clean Team cleaned our house on a monthly basis for almost 2 years. It was a superficial cleaning,…read moredone at race pace, but it was really just enough as it is a second home we were not living in the house 100% of the time. Suddenly about 2 months ago they just disappeared. There was no notification and they do not return phone calls. I think they are out of business. If they are still in business I would not recommend as this is no way to treat your customers.

They did such a fabulous job plus they carried the laundry downstairs to the basement for me and helped me sort all the clothes in my sons room. The girls were polite, courteous, and professional. They worked around me cooking in the kitchen and then helped to clean up the mess I had made! They hand wiped down all the mats in the playroom, dusted floorboards and tops. Our bathrooms look amazing and the floors are sparkling! So happy with them I booked the next appointment during the first and am reviewing them just seconds after they left. KB

Within hours of my call the offer was removed which is interesting as they indicated there were several available. When I called again and spoke with Mindy or Mandy she was less than helpful and quite rude. I can only imagine what kind of cleaning service they provide if this is the best they can do in customer service. I hope the rest of their customers fare better than I.
