I am VERY particular with my landscaping and spent several weeks designing exactly what I wanted. Most of the time, things just don't turn out like I imagined them to be but our landscaping turned out even BETTER than what I was hoping. Josh (Owner) and Ben (Manager) were amazing in helping us to choose the right tree/shrub for the location to ensure enough sunlight or shade. I wanted the big giant rocks and he was very careful in choosing the ones I wanted because he knew "the look" I was going for and he nailed it. They are perfect and are perfectly placed. After the install, Josh stopped in when we were out of town to make sure everything looked ok. It has been 3 weeks or so since the install and we noticed our dogwood was under a lot of stress so we called Josh. He came out and figured out that the tree was getting too much water and needed to be replanted in an area not so susceptible to water retention. So tomorrow he is sending a couple guys over to replant the trees. He stands behind his work, is a great person to work with and has an amazing business that we want to tell everyone about. We seriously could not be any happier with our landscaping!

The job first required an extensive drainage system to control nature's underground water sources that were determined to wash away the whole project. An amazing technical plan was designed and executed to mitigate all drainage issues. Then, the custom seat walls and paver patio were constructed with precise detail to the overall plan and my vision. The final product looks truly amazing and is the talk of the golf course I live on. Their teams were courteous, respectful of my property and I actually looked forward to them showing up every morning. I will be using NxGen Outdoors again as we continue to make the home our own.

So I planned to ask them not to come today and do it another day and when I turned around here he was riding his machine through my backyard throwing fertilizer everywhere on top of the salt man who is trying to deliver salt. He waved and I motioned for him to please come over to me and he ignored me. He then came back through and waved again and I gave him my thumbs down and he just kept going and ignored me again. He then was walking towards me with the blower and when I motioned to speak to him, he pulled the crank on the machine and blew stinky gas and oil mixture right in my face. He ignored me even speaking to him and walked away from me and when he finally turned the machine off and I asked him to come over here so I didn't have to walk through the freshly laid fertilizer and he turned towards me and said "you come over here" in a very angry voice and walked away. I don't appreciate this type of attitude and am done with their services! Not worthy of ANY STARS, but it made me post at least one.
