It's like the whole vibe and energy of the store & employees has dropped significantly. Not trying to be rude, but the people working there don't appear to be as ecstatic and jazzed to be there. They're just not has vibrant and cheerful as they used to be. Don't get me wrong, everyone is still very professional, kind, polite, and helpful in their particular sections. They just don't feel as happy and I wish the previous owner hadn't left.

He can't come in and I can't leave him in the car... tell me how that makes any sense. My advice for other single parents is just go to the store down the street. No issues there.
