Ordered several items, one of which was backordered. I asked to cancel the item in question, but was informed that I would not receive a refund because I had never been charged for it. My credit card statement indicated that I had and my bank confirmed it. Poor customer service and no refund, I am currently working with the bank to get back the $265 dollars charged to my account. read more
