They offer Muay-Thai classes at night during the week and Zumba classes Tuesday and Thursday with solid turnouts. The gym is a second floor gym with large windows that look over the street. Great air flow and a nice place to take a breather. This is a real gym with half free weights and half machines. Around 10 treadmills, 8 stationary bikes, and a enormous room that hosts Zumba and Muay-Thai. Staff is very friendly and always greets you with a handshake and checks on you through your workout.
