We made reservations for 8pm and we were the earliest in the restaurant in typical Spanish style. We got the Valencian paella and the "gentleman's" paella (Deboned seafood). They were two paellas that were completely different from each other in taste, but both worth a try. I like the classic one more mainly because I like rabbit and it has veges as well.
