My husband needed to get a new debit card for is personal account. They gave him a debit card to MY personal account, for which he was not even listed as a beneficiary at the time. It wasn't even for our joint account, but my personal bank account. This is a huge violation of a member's privacy and depending on the circumstance could result in a very bad situation. Could you imagine if they did that to a woman who was trying to secretly save to leave an abusive partner? Third, each person you talk to gives conflicting information. Fourth, they change your account settings without notification. Use ANY other bank.
