The lady never even mentioned that as an option. Every other bank I've had has given me a temporary debit card until the real one is mailed. Not this bank! You have to wait "two weeks" which turned into never. I never got the card in the mail. When I called to complain, they insinuated that I was lying because I guess they never make mistakes...and then refused to help me or offer to resend it or anything. Now I've been on hold for the last hour trying to close my account because the bank teller at my local bank won't do it.

Ran my credit (which is Gold) only to find out after the credit check that the credit union doesn't finance jetskis. She should have told me before the credit check and before I wasted my time that they don't do jetskis. Ended up paying cash and my credit dropped 9 points due to the unnecessary credit check,

Additionally, during the pandemic, the inside is open! Masks are worn and there is social distancing and hand sanitizer. I felt safe on both of my visits. Most recently, I drove down to have a few questions answered and as a result of their super efficient service, I ended up moving some savings around so it would earn a lot more interest than what I had been getting. It was well worth the drive. I would highly recommend this bank to others who like in-person banking.
