If you're disabled but don't yet require a wheelchair, don't choose to sit in one of the marked handicapped seats. Seats that are so much easier to get up, without difficulty and disturbance to others. After breaking my back and 7 surgeries, I do require the need to move. I was told, I could expect to have to move if someone "handicapped" asked for my seat. I did volunteer that I was disabled. This meant nothing and he simply repeated himself. So being completely discriminated against, I left! I'm not saying you shouldn't patronize this theater. However, I sure hope they retrain their employees. For a small town movie theater, this place is great to watch a film in. Love when they have the additional special film series during the season. The concession stand is excellent and for the most part well staffed. We like the OLE seats. I have worked in movie houses in NYC and Queens, and this place is just as good or better than the cinemas I was employed at. read more

Bill this place needs improved. This theatre hasn't changed in over thirty years. You have a bunch of children running concessions and it takes customers five + minutes to get tickets, popcorn, and snacks (the popcorn is also terrible). I understand you're the owner of a "small family owned business" but that cannot keep flying. You make plenty of money from this little venture and you hold the town captive as it has to choose between driving to a different state for a decent movie experience or sit through the rough audio mixing, the subpar screens, chairs and everything. You guys can't even shell out for movie poster boards, you have literal movie posters stapled to the wall. You either need to sell the business to someone who can actually provide a good experience or try to listen. People are not tired of movies they're tired of bad movie experiences and when everyone leaves your theatre with a complaint it's probably time to look inwards. I appreciate your ability to not be bought out by private equity and give into AMC models but if you don't improve the theatre will be a ghost town in ten years. People want movies people want experiences. Even a simple Marty supreme ping pong ball to sell would've been nice instead of the same five snack options and the same stale popcorn. If you actually want suggestions I would be happy to help bc I know what people want at the movies and they're not getting that here. read more

I am so lucky to live in a small town with such a great theatre. I appreciate that the same person has owned it for a long time and has invested in it over the years. Love that we have so many movies at once and that the theatres are all updated and nice. The one with the reclining chairs is the best. So much different than the other movie theaters. This one retains a bit of old school, small town charm while still showing a variety of movies. The staff is always sharp dressed and full of smiles. Love this theater the best. read more

Although I'm not a Sheridan resident, my wife and I come out to visit family at least once a year. And while the theatre may not have all the luxuries of a larger city theatre, it is very clean, the staff is friendly, the theaters are up-to-date (offering 3D etc...) and the movies are very current. Personally I miss small town theaters like the Centennial which have a personal touch. I highly recommend! read more

If it weren't the only theater in town, I'd say definitely go somewhere else! The main screen has a tear in it. On top of that, the projector has not been adjusted and only is on part of the screen. The management is clueless and refuses to fix the issues despite the numerous complaints. read more

Although certain theaters of the centennial are outdated and in much need of repair and new seating, the newer theaters are very nice. In the new theaters the seating is comfortable and the sound is great! The employees do a fairly good job at cleaning, and the popcorn is amazing! The pricing is a bit high but overall visiting this theater is good for a date night or a night out any time. read more

We went to go watch a movie the other night, one of the late showings, and the girls that were working there were not helpful at all. The theater we were in was freezing cold, they did not turn down the lights when the movie started. We had to get up to remind one of the workers that the lights were still on. Before the movie started we showed up early because we got done with dinner early and the girls there were sarcastic because we showed up for the movie early. If this wasn't the only theater in town, we would definitely go somewhere else to watch a movie, but as it is, we would much rather wait until it comes out on dvd. read more

Coming to the show tonight and having difficulty deciding which movie to see. It's great to have so many choices in a small town. I love sitting in a small space and watching the big screen. Only wish we had better parking. Lines in the parking lot would help too. read more
