The staff was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to not only me but also my medical advisor and it was pretty clear that no help was going to be provided. I have never been treated so poorly before in a medical facility.

The woman who claimed to be in charge was rude and not nice. Without getting into my personal situation, I just want to warn people who need to go here, be careful of upsetting the management. Don't be expected to be treated in a polite or courteous manner. Another disappointing thing is that you need to go through a lot of phone time to get an appointment. I was told on the phone that this is not a walk-in clinic.

I was locked into a year long contract with these women for a year at $200 a month plus a $200…read moreinitiation fee without the ability to get out. I was billed for every expensive (unnecessary) medical test- hundreds of dollars. I ended up only having TWO meetings with the medical doctor. In a year.. $200 a month regardless. Portal emails (that were supposed to be returned in 72 hrs according to the contract) were not responded to and I was "bumped" from an appointment when I showed up. I had to file TWO Amex claims for unauthorized charges. supplements "prescribed" were previously recommended by another holistic practitioner ,so they were nothing new. Was trying to avoid surgery, but ended up having to have it a year later. They did nothing to help me. I'm so disappointed I wasted my time and thousands of dollars on these people. The medical bills for tests keep showing up, years later! Please don't let the spa like atmosphere and empty promises fool you. Unless you have money to burn, stay away.
