Sollis is like entering a high end concierge office with extremely well trained knowledgeable physicians who attend to the patients every need and simultaneously the office staff kindly gets you a water bottle while you're supporting your loved ones. Our family has been treated by Dr.James Fishkin who was superb, caring and very experienced. He handled an elderly person's fall with a totally calm demeanor and a surgeon's skill set. Our family's next visit was an anaphylactic reaction and Dr. Courtney Stein was absolutely phenomenal. She was professional, acted quickly and carefully to save my son's life as his throat was closing up, her aftercare was thorough and she had a warm bedside manner that kept everyone confident about a positive outcome. Sollis is the missing medical care center that Palm Beach and several other locations truly need. I am extremely impressed with the quality of care that my family members have received from Sollis and I enthusiastically recommend it with gratitude for their top notch medical care of my family!

I have had some good and bad experiences here…read more You must give yourself extra time for traffic and construction in the area. You can park across the street in the lot or you can valet and it's not cheap. YOU must check in. First check in is on the first floor to enter the building. There might be a line. Have your DL ready. Then check in to the drs office. I check in on my phone but it never completes. They have employees working at the desk but you have to use the kiosk that they know most likely doesn't work even if you tell them you checked in on your phone and it won't complete. You wait in line, you go through all the steps. If you have two insurances there are an extra 10 questions to answer in every visit even if you just answered them on your phone. It then rejects again and so now you must wait on line to see the girls who want to look at the screen themselves and then they will do it on their end. I ask them what is the issue, what are the additional steps they need. I get no help. If you are over the 15 min grace period at this point. YOUR Appointment gets CANCELLED. This has happened to me. I was there at my appt time but it took 16 minutes to get me checked in and they will say sorry you're too late. I see it happen to someone on every visit. There is a lot of crying from patients who get canceled and I never see them get in. As for the doctors, some are great and some are not great.

I waited over 4 hours in the reception after driving 90 minutes for my appointment and was never seen by the doctor. There was no concern for my medical needs. I would not recommend him based on what I went through.

The care and attitude of the entire staff--from the doctors to the nurses--were exceptional. During my most recent visit, the intake process (once inside the ER, not the first one that you have, but the one with the actual person who's gonna be treating you) felt extremely rushed, my nurse spent less than 30 seconds with me, and I did not feel properly assessed or heard. I felt very dismissed on multiple occasions and like the nurse wasn't listening to me. Throughout my time there, multiple staff members came across as unfriendly, which made an already stressful situation feel worse. I also observed behavior that felt unprofessional for a medical setting, including staff joking around in a way that was disruptive and did not seem appropriate for the environment. Additionally, I was discharged before I felt ready and before I believed my condition had been adequately addressed or stabilized. When I arrived at the ER, my pain was a 7/10. It only went down to a six ish and is now back up to a seven or eight (several hours after leaving) also, the building seemed to smell like mold or something which is new from the last two times. I was there that I didn't notice up until this visit. I understand that emergency departments can be busy and stressful, and I respect how hard medical staff work. The one good part was that the male nurse I had (I had two- the female nurse was the dismissive one) was very skilled at doing IV, which has been a problem for nurses in the past because I'm a hard stick. However, I left feeling concerned about the level of attention, communication, and professionalism I received during my visits.
