They were tough to get a hold of for the initial appointment, but I didn't have to wait long at all to get my QT scan I am hoping eventually this will be covered by insurance instead of paying out-of-pocket... anything to avoid the radiation at this point! They explained everything clearly the place was clean very classy.. results came pretty quickly within a week.. I am hoping they make many more locations where this scan would be available ... locations are very limited . I drove two hours to get to this location but well worth it I will eventually have to fly in when I move out of state .. please please consider opening more locations. Also been having the same problem with getting a call back for an appointment as the other reviewer... but even longer. So disappointing. I have been a patient for 15-20 years, but haven't been in since Covid, so they are treating me as a new patient. First, Dr Connealy is a terrific doctor and I would highly recommend her. I've been getting great care from her for many years. So, five stars for her. I have personally referred dozens of patients to her. However, the office team is sincerely lacking. I have left 6 messages on the New Patient voicemail over the past several months. Have never once received a call back. When I call, they tell me the same thing every time like they are reading from a script. Leave a message on the "new patient" voicemail and they will call you back as soon as they can and the office will message the desk right away to call me back. But, no one ever calls back. They won't let you talk to an office manager to try and resolve this some other way. They only keep repeating the same thing about leaving a voicemail. Even after 6 times? Maybe they are using a call center out of the country. That's exactly what it feels like. Dr Connealy needs to know about this problem. As a business owner myself, I would want this brought to my attention. It's really an issue I have never experienced before with her office or any other doctor's office. I would love to get an appointment and update my review on how this was resolved. Unfortunately, I'm guessing what you (or your office) replied to the last person didn't work. Scam! Do not for any reason visit this "doctor" office under any circumstances. They will promise you the world and then pull the rug out from under your feet quicker than you know what's happening. They will promise you a lot of things and assure you there will be no bills and no charges and then you'll continually get bills and invoices for hundreds of dollars for the next several months. Tracy in the billing department who swears she knows what she's doing is an absolute fraud. Dr. Connoly is one of the best doctors on the planet. I've been going to her for 25 years and have just always stayed really healthy with natural means. She can prescribe medicine only if needed however she prefers to get to the root of the issue. I have been a patient at Center for New Medicine for over 15 years. I go to them because, as a cancer survivor, they offer treatments that I have found to be beneficial that conventional doctors do not. My biggest issue with them is there seems to be a revolving door for practitioners at the facility. I have been seen by so many providers there that stay for a short term and then leave. My last doctor, Dr. Roh (seen once), is no longer there. I think she was there less than a year. It's hard to have continuity of care when they cycle through so many providers. I don't know what the problem is but I haven't seen this degree of turnover with either Providence or UCI Health. I don't know what needs to be done to retain staff but it's a real concern that Dr. Conneally can't seem to keep good staff members. read more

I've been coming here for 3 months snd have been seeing Dr. Wang. She's professional, takes the time to sit and ask questions and listen to you, offers options and advice. She not only comes across as your doctor, but is also caring, warm and friendly. She's very easy to open up and talk to about sensitive health subjects. What I like is that she takes a holistic approach to things and she also is very knowledgeable with women's hormones and health. I am concerned by 2 things. #1) This is the 2nd family member I have sent for QT imaging recently and the fist time we were also told that 5 days was the expected wait time. If this is not your actual time then there is a pervasive problem with the communication surrounding this. #2) I am shocked that you would say that QT imaging is NOT a replacement for mammogram. This product is touted as better (clearer images and finds more) and safer (no radiation) than mammogram. I assume you are saying this to protect yourself legally but this is so disappointing to hear from a well respected integrative physician as yourself. I came here for a QT breast scan. It's not covered by insurance and it's quite pricey but it was worth it to me to try it after the horrible experience I had at UCLA's breast center. After leaving UCLA's breast center, which was 3 weeks prior to my appointment with the Center of New Medicine, I was just a wreck. They gave me the soonest appointment but I had 3 weeks to play over and over in my head about what the Radiologist told me at UCLA. She filled me with so much fear. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the front desk; they were so friendly and kind. The person who did my QT scan was very nice as well. The results came back pretty fast and confirmed what UCLA found but they didn't use scare tactics on me. Wording is everything people! Especially in the medical industry. Fast forward, 7-8 months later I chose to get another mammogram and US at a different breast center and everything is fine. I'm healthy and alive and there is no indication of cancer. Does a QT scan give you accurate 100% results? I'd say yes. Does it replace a mammogram? No. I think you still need mammograms to confirm since we don't know too much about QT scans yet. This is an update from my review last year. We continue to see Dr. Connealy for treatment for my wife's cancer. We had our 6-month followup visit yesterday (6/27/2023). My wife continues to make steady progress in her fight against breast cancer. Her RGCC test scores continue to show a decline in cancer cells, but we all know that there is still work to do. Meeting with Dr. Connealy is always so uplifting and educational. My wife has seen so many conventional doctors over the last 3 years, but Dr. C is the ONLY one who greats us with a hug every visit. We never feel rushed or hurried in our consultations with Dr. C. She has so much knowledge in the area of good health, and she always has some good book recommendations for us. As always, the ladies in the Healthy Store are such a great help. Erika is the one we continually go to since she knows us a bit. I want to preface my review by saying that I have worked in the medical industry for over 25 years, and I spend almost all of my working hours engaging with hospitals and doctors. Ironically, not one of them I ever felt compelled to treat me. I noticed there was always something specific missing within each professional that made me feel like I needed to keep looking. About a year and a half ago I started to experience some odd symptoms that I never had before, which progressively got worse. I went to two TCM providers, two functional medicine doctors, and two in network internists- nobody was able to provide me with relief. To describe my health journey as exhausting and emotional rollercoaster would be an understatement. Prior to this, I was living very holistic lifestyle. Drs and treatments are amazing and forward thinking, can't say enough good things. But first you have to deal with the front office and the people you call and make appts with. It's almost not worth going to these drs - they are exhausting. I feel gaslighted and they get very defensive when you question anything. I like to be informed. I have been with them for a number of years now, but before I got there, I had so many doctors that told me it was in my head regarding my medical issues because they simply couldn't figure it out. The definition for lymes disease is you have everything and you can't figure out what it is. It wasn't until I finally got there and got the nerve to tell them everything that was wrong with me. The doctor sat back and listen, and she said I think we need to test you for lymes disease We did two separate tests and with a Lyme literate doctor, the only type of doctor that can evaluate the results accurately told me I had Lyme. When you first hear this, you feel like it's a death sentence, but they give you all kinds of options and so my Alzheimer's like symptoms. Parkinson's like symptoms. Unbelievable malaise allbegan to subside one by one I still do treatments daily weekly monthly, but I primarily chose to use Dr William Cowdens treatment through neutramedix products and continue to use those and will use this for my lifetime and additional things I use to strengthen my body: an infrared sauna in My Home, detox bath weekly followed up with the infrared sauna, and then Chiropractic and Acupuncture care and occasionally IVs. They teach you how to eat well and how to get healthy. Overall-educating you on how , your body Works am able to still work full time and fortunately I have a schedule works well and love my life. I am sorry to say that success has greatly diminished this practice. After 9 years of being a successful cancer patient of Dr. Connealy's, we tried to have a phone call with her just to ask if the supplements she has prescribed for him would be contraindicated with the new blood thinners that he's now taking for a recent tia. The result is she refused to even speak to him because he hasn't been seen in 7 months and 6 is the limit. We are an 8 hour drive away and he can't fly, so a trip to Irvine is not possible. Besides, even if we made the trip, she's booked out to October and this is early July. To say we are disappointed in her treatment of him is a total understatement. He had his latest blood draw for his SOT (her special cancer treatment he's done for 9 years) on Monday and his TIA on Tuesday, so it's not as if he's not a current patient. read more

I'm a patient at this clinic and I've been meaning to write this review for a very long time but I just couldn't get around to it until now. I'm just hoping that the clinic will notice something that I noticed every time I went in there. I used to go to another integrative clinic in OC but they're kind of small and they don't offer as many services like this one. I love going here because this clinic offers so many different wonderful treatment options. There's something about integrative clinics that make you feel at ease & safe. Just the energy and the ambiance is doom and gloom when you go to allopathic clinics but not at integrative clinics in general. Yes, they're expensive but that's just how it is at all the integrative clinics everywhere so this clinic's price is nothing out of the ordinary... So I don't understand why some people are complaning about the price here. The reason for my review is not because of my doctor here or the clinic itself but the front desk lady that is kind of rude. She's the first person you meet with and the last person to see before paying and leaving and it's just awful someone not-so-nice sitting there all week long. She pretends to be nice and forces a smile on you here and there but she just leaves a really bad taste in your mouth. When we come in as patients, we want to be interacting with you SINCERELY. This lady just sits there like ok what the hell do you want... Even if she's not literally saying that, you can feel her rude energy with full force and it's terrible. It makes me not want to go back there BECAUSE of this lady especially since I have to interact with her and pay HER my hard earned $$$ before leaving. I really hope someone genuinely nice is at the front desk if I ever go back next time... I mean the front desk IS the face of the business. I actually remember one experience where I was waiting in the lounge area to be called and a male tech came out calling someone's name and I thought I heard my name. I said hello and followed him to the room and I realized that I heard my name wrong when he said it again. So I quickly apologized with a smile but he abruptly escorted me out without saying a WORD - just annoyed and pissed off. And once I came back out to the lounge, he gave this same front lady that I was talking about a 'what the heck!?' kind of a look and I felt extremely terrible about the way they were exchanging looks about me. It's just bad... I like the clinic a lot but I don't want to go back because of some of the staff... I think I can honestly say that if the front desk was nicer, I would go back there more often. My only issue was labwork that had no diagnosis or procedure codes which I could not get resolved despite numerous calls, emails, and in person visit with Marina resulting in unnecessary out of pocket expenses of hundreds of dollars. I love Brandi Morinoue, but I've never had such a tough time getting my prescriptions filled! In the years I've been going there, it's almost inevitable that I have to call the office because the pharmacies (I have 2) tell me they have faxed her (usually at least 2 times) and there has been no response. So I now automatically call the office line and tell them the pharmacy has faxed them, I'm trying to get my prescription filled, and will they please reply and fill it. This last time I had my appointment with Brandi and said that I need reflls of the two hormones I take needed to be refilled. Two days later I called the pharmacy and nothing had been filled. They said they would fax her. I called the office to tell them the pharmacy had faxed and I needed the prescriptions, and could they call them into the pharmacy? Next day I called the pharmacy; nothing had been faxed back or called in. I called Brandi's office and the newer assistant, Janice answered. She said she hadn't received any faxes and their faxes have to go thru another department before they reach her! She said she would call them into the pharmacy but she couldn't find a record of one of my prescriptions which I'd been filling for 10 years. I had to send her a photo of the hormone prescription so she could send the prescription into the pharmacy! I am now completely out of one of the hormones. The pharmacy called and said they had the prescription filled. I drove to the pharmacy, and she had called in one of the prescriptions but NOT the one I had to send a picture of and was out of! The pharmacist there made two calls to the office. No one was there. The pharmacist gave me a few capsules to tide me over. I called Brandi's office again and got a call center. The woman was wonderful, looked at my chart and saw verified that I took the prescription I needed. I asked if SHE could call the pharmacy. She could not, but she called the scribe who took the notes down for the office visit I had with Brandi. He said HE would call the pharmacy. Today Janice called and started arguing with me when I told her what I had been through. She said it was the pharmacy's fault and you can't always trust them. I was beside myself. It was now 2 weeks that I had been trying to get my prescriptions filled and a ridiculous amount of calls to the office and the pharmacy. I had called the office no less that 6 or 7 times, and at least that many to the pharmacy to check if the office had sent in the script. Today the pharmacy called and said my Rx had finally been filled and Janice had argued with them as well when they told her what I had been through and how many times they had contacted her.
